All of the products here at Kee Pon Truckin’ are handmade with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. Even with attention to detail and tried and true designs sometimes there are small problems with a product. We stand behind everything we build with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please get in touch with us and we’ll refund you your money or work out a solution with you.

We ask that you do NOT ship your product back to us without first speaking with one of us. Sometimes we can ship you a new product without you sending anything back, we look to find the least expensive solution for all rather than making freight companies more money!
